Problem
Resolution:
As
hard as we may try to address everyone's
concerns, we realize that we may occasionally
miss the opportunity to right a wrong. Your
trust in us and your opinion of us are two
elements that we treasure dearly. Please, if we
have ever let you down in any way, give us the
opportunity to address your concern as well as
rectify the situation to everyone's
satisfaction. If, because of credit union
policy, we find we are unable to change a
practice, allow us the opportunity of explaining
the reasoning, and thereby mutually exploring a
way that will enhance your Rainbow FCU
membership.
If
you have a complaint or concern, please let us
know. Please, also, be as specific as possible
if referencing individuals or practices. We
cannot remedy a problem if you do not let us
know.
